Built-in 1903, this toy train ride is one of India's most incredible feats of engineering covering a staggering 102 tunnels, 864 bridges, and 919 stunning curves.

Located about 10 kilometers from downtown Shimla, Green Valley features a beautiful mountain range on the way to Kufri from Shimla along National Highway 22. Owing to its proximity to Shimla Railway Station, this attraction is easily accessible via cabs or taxis. Also known as the Hassan Valley, Green Valley in Shimla is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Himachal Pradesh. It is about 2200 to 2500 meters above sea level. Jakhoo Temple is an ancient temple in Shimla, dedicated to the Hindu deity Hanuman. It is situated on Jakhoo Hill, Shimla's highest peak, 2.5 km east of the Ridge at a height of 2,455 m above sea level. Each year, a festival is held on Dussehra, before 1972 the festival used to be held at Annadale.

Tara Devi temple is one of the most visited religious places in Shimla. It is installed at a height of 7200 feet above sea level and is situated around 11 km away from Shimla city.
